Principles for Informant Protection

Confidentiality agreement : implying or disclosing the informant’s identification without the informant’s consent is prohibited. If any losses occur from not complying with the above principle, we shall be responsible for all restorations and compensations.
Although it can be reported through the anonymous system, the facts and truth may be revealed more accurately if reported with the informant’s identity. We also give feedbacks upon request.
Confidentiality agreement : the informant is protected from any disadvantages or losses derived from his/her department or business relations due to consequences from the act of reporting, testimony, and submission of documentation.
If the informant incurs any losses from the reported subject or a related thired party, the informant will receive full protection immediately upon reporting the incident to the Ethical Management Team.

Exemptions
In the case the informant has participated in the fraudulent acts, his/her punishment or disciplinary action will be reduced if he/she reports the acts.
